Limerick City of Culture
The year was 2014, it started with a spectacular New Year’s Eve concert as crowds gathered to ring in the historic year with Dolores O’Riordan, The Strypes, Maverick Sabre and many more. We were the official photographers for the year and documented most of the events and produced many short films throughout the year.
We had a great relationship with the team at Limerick City of Culture, so when the news broke that Limerick was bidding for the European city of Culture in 2020 under the banner Limerick 2020, we were certainly backing the bid.
This led us to helping out with many of the events leading up to the finals and the judges visit to the city.
